How to recognize a fake support service
Be careful if someone:
- Calls you and says they are from TOPSCINET.
- Offers an “expert” or a “live agent” to help with your Top 2% profile.
- Asks you to pay for a call, a chat session or a profile correction.
- Asks for your card details anywhere other than topscinet.com.
If you were charged
If a phone, chat or “expert” service claiming to be TOPSCINET charged you, contact your bank first and explain what happened. Then email us at [email protected] with the details, so we can warn other researchers.
